Once you logged in, click ‘Get Permit’ button To request a permit refund , complete the Permit Refund Request Docusign Form Employees who wish to sign-up/cancel payroll deduction , complete the Employee Payroll Deduction Docusign Form To pay for citation , enter the citation number or vehicle license plate below. Click ‘Search Citations’, then select the citation(s) that you want to pay and add to the basket (no login is required) To appeal a parking citation , click ‘LOGIN’ on upper right hand corner and log in as affiliated using your SJSUOne’s credentials. Then click on CITATIONS tab on top and select the citations that you want to appeal.
